How is shipping Calculated?

Shipping is calculated by weight, size and the shipping address location by Australia Post at checkout stage.

We are based in Adelaide, Australia. 

Time to Dispatch Orders

Orders are dispatched within 1 - 4 business days. Once dispatched you will receive an email notification. 

AUSTRALIA

Please note this is an indication only, and please allow extra time during busy holiday periods, unpredictable weather events, public holidays or when we are having sales.

NSW/VIC - 3-6 Business days.

SA/TAS/NT - 4-7 Business days.

WA - 7-14 Business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number from Australia Post. If you do not receive an email, please Contact Us.

Do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, we offer express shipping, please select this option at checkout (this will be calculated  by weight, size and the shipping address location by Australia Post at checkout stage).
Can I pick up my order in person?
Pickup is not available at this stage, however, we are looking into this for the future :)
What happens if my order hasn't arrived yet?
If there is an issue with your order please contact the shipping provider directly and quote your tracking details provided and they will be able to provide you an update, if you require addition assistance or support please email us - sales@digitfidgets.com.au
Can I update my postage address after already making my purchase?

We are able to update your address if your order hasn't been dispatched already. Please contact us immediately if you require it to be changed and to avoid your parcel been sent to the incorrect address.
